A NOTE ON
WHERE WE ARE

A considered plan.Including the price.

Plantoat’s pricing is still taking shape. Here’s what we’re exploring, what remains undecided, and how to express interest in the path that fits you.

Product capabilities are real. Commercial packaging is not final.

This page describes a direction—not an offer, a price list, or a promise that a particular feature will be free. Access timing, prices, billing, and limits still need to be confirmed.

THE PRINCIPLE

A useful beginning.
Room for deeper work.

We’re considering a free foundation for everyday wedding planning, with paid value around more advanced collaboration, professional workflows, and scale.

Couples planning one celebration and planners managing a portfolio have different needs. Pricing should make that distinction understandable.

Direction under consideration. No free tier or paid boundary is approved.

THE QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING

A little more
clarity.

What can I access right now?

Plantoat is preparing for private beta and is not yet publicly available. Join the private-beta list from the Coming soon page; availability, eligibility and timing have not been announced.

Will Plantoat have a free plan?

A free foundation for everyday planning is under consideration. No free tier or specific permanently free feature has been approved, so the examples above should not be read as entitlements.

What might become paid?

Advanced collaboration, professional workflows, and scale-related needs are being considered. Exact feature boundaries, prices, billing periods, and limits are undecided.

What happens to existing data if plans change?

Data retention, access, and transition terms for future paid plans are not finalized. This page makes no migration or continued-access guarantee; those terms will need to be stated before a commercial transition.

Will collaborators need their own paid accounts?

That has not been decided. Invitation permissions describe what a person can do in a workspace; they do not yet establish how collaborators would be billed.

Why a separate path for planners?

Managing a portfolio, coordinating external teams, and operating multiple wedding days is different from planning one celebration. A separate professional plan is being considered, but its structure is not approved.

Does expressing interest create an obligation?

Reviewing an interest path takes no payment and creates no subscription or purchase. To join the private-beta list, use the Coming soon page. Any future access or commercial choice will have its own clear terms.

When the details are decided,
they should be easy to understand.
